ARI GILDER is a registered patent attorney and active member of the Washington state bar. His practice focuses on patent prosecution relating to computer hardware, software, and business method technologies, with occasional forays into other technologies, as well as due diligence for IP acquisition, infringement analysis, licensing and litigation. He is an occasional speaker and writer on issues of intellectual property law, and he is actively involved in several professional organizations, including the King County Bar Association Intellectual Property Section (chair 2005-2006 and 2008-2010), and the American Intellectual Property Law Association Electronic and Computer Law Committee (subcommittee chair 2006-present).
